Backstory
Born and raised in Swiftperch, Bryda spent her whole life watching her father head down to Aleport to sail his ship. Her mother was the one who raised her most of her life, and the one she spent most of her time with.During one of these expeditions, her father's ship was attacked by Sahagin, and her father dissapeared. The only thing they found of her father was his Axe, which Bryda uses to this day.To help her mother, Bryda picked up and learned how to wield her father's axe, oversized as it was for her. She would do odd jobs for gil, eventually joining a pirate crew.There, she reveled in combat, and learned how to fight men and monsters alike. In combat Bryda would howl and rage like a wounded animal, with every mounting wound making her more and more wild. Sheer determination and grit kept her standing and fighting in impossible situations.Bryda found combat enjoying, and calming, helping her clear her head after raging in battle.Eventually, Bryda learned her father was also a pirate, and a good one at that. She now follows in his footsteps, trying to be as good a man as he was.To this day, Bryda looks out to the sea, searching for her father. She holds out hope, that someday, somehow, she can find him again.
